On April 11, 2025, a memorandum on scientific cooperation with the Institute for Research on Civil Protection of the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine was signed.

The purpose of scientific cooperation is:

• interdisciplinary integration of educational, scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activity of the parties in the areas of "Unmanned Aviation", "Information Technologies", "Remote Sending of Earth";
• ensuring access to the partial and information resources of the parties in accordance with the current requirements for the right to intellectual property and secrecy regime;
• effective involvement of researchers, use of research base, social infrastructure of the parties;
• preservation and interdisciplinary development of scientific schools of the parties;
• joint fulfillment by the parties in the field of educational, scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activity;
• directing the subject of scientific research on the needs of the parties.
