The Agreement on scientific and technical cooperation with the National Center for Control and Testing of Space Vehicles was signed on June 30, 2026

The purpose of scientific and technical cooperation is:

  • Improvement of existing and development of new methods of aerospace surveying of territories (remote sensing of the Earth) in the interests of the national economy, ecology and environmental protection, security and defense of the state;
  • Improvement of the existing and development of the latest technologies and methods of processing and interpretation of the data of RS;
  • Formation of test areas for verification (validation) and evaluation of the effectiveness of using remote sensing of the Earth data;
  • Research of informative signs of processes and objects on satellite images in different spectral ranges, which are registered for solving environmental problems of territories;
  • The creation of qualitatively new methods of using aerospace information of the RS to assess the natural resource potential of the studied territories on the basis of GIS technologies.

And also implementation of cooperation in the form of:

  • exchange of research results and practical experience, scientific and technical information, including aerospace survey materials;
  • publication of the results of joint work in scientific publications;
  • cooperation in the preparation and holding of scientific and practical conferences on the basis of the Parties, joint participation in national and international scientific events.
